Struggling With The Holidays? You're Not Alone.

I hope all of you had a Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Joyful Holiday. As we get ready to welcome a new year, I thought I'd share some online specials with you and also share a thought or two.

To those who are struggling with the holidays, I get you. This was my first Christmas without my Dad. The day was filled with every emotion under the sun and by the time last night rolled around, I felt like a wet dish rag. Spent.

So, I'm here to say it's normal to feel joy and sadness at the same time, and yes, it's pretty exhausting. We all have different reasons, but I want you to know you're not alone.

Let's all take a deep breath, gently accept where we're at and hold onto the belief that we're all going to be okay.
